Kadia John

Kadia John is a partner and the vice president of operations at Citrin Cooperman, working closely with firm leadership to oversee the day-to-day operations of their domestic and India locations. Her responsibilities include defining and managing firm policies and procedures in collaboration with service line leaders, office managing partners, and the markets and industries leadership team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness in areas like realization, billing, reporting, and growth. Kadia also drives Citrin Cooperman’s real estate portfolio including leases, buildouts, budgeting, and optimization, and she leads the firm's CC Cares committee and charitable contributions efforts.

Kadia has almost two decades of experience in professional services firm and a wide range of partnership-related experience in tax, accounting, finance, project management, and operations.

Kadia brings a thorough understanding and knowledge of establishing policy and procedure in conjunction with leveraging technology to effectively streamline reporting, budgeting/forecasting, expense reimbursement, accounts payable, KPI and variance analysis, time entry, general ledger mapping/maintenance, month-end close processes, partnership tax return preparation/delivery, and revenue projections in a more efficient manner.

At her previous employer, Mazars USA, Kadia held three positions: director of operations, director of financial analysis and tax reporting, and manager of cash and tax basis reporting.
