Shawn Hung

Shawn Hung is a skilled professional in the flavor industry with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Principal Flavorist at Citromax Group since November 2021, Shawn previously worked as a Flavor Chemist and held positions at Allen Flavors, Inc. from October 2017 to November 2021, including Flavorist Trainee and Laboratory Technician for Flavor Creations/QC. Prior experience includes an R&D internship at The Coca-Cola Company in 2017 and an internship in the Perfumery/R&D division at Sozio, Inc. from December 2014 to February 2017. Additionally, Shawn worked as a Laboratory Technician at the Center For Advanced Food Tech from September 2013 to January 2014. Shawn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from Rutgers University, obtained in 2017.
