Darrell Bateman

Darrell Bateman has over three decades of experience in the field of information security. Darrell began their career in 1984 at Texas Tech University, where they held various positions including Director, Assistant Director, and Manager, until 2007. During their time at the university, they also served as the Assistant VP and Information Security Officer from 2007 to 2015. In 2015, they joined City Bank as the Chief Information Security Officer, a position they currently hold.

Darrell Bateman has a strong educational background in the field of business and information technology. Darrell obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems, General from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business between the years 2007 and 2012. Prior to their MBA, Darrell also completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University between the years 1979 and 1984.

In addition to their formal education, Darrell has pursued additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
