Ronnie Berry has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources, Training, and Development. Ronnie currently works at City Barbeque as the Chief Administrative Officer, where they focus on creating a positive work environment for employees and developing recruiting and leadership development strategies. Prior to that, Ronnie worked at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation as the Director of Human Resources & Training. Ronnie was responsible for designing and implementing HR programs aligned with company goals. Ronnie also held managerial positions at Avado Brands and McDuff Management, where they oversaw training, development, and HR operations. In their early career, Ronnie worked at Don Pablo's, where they managed training programs and developed performance-based career-pathing systems.

Ronnie Berry's education history begins in 1986 when they attended Butler University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a focus on Secondary Education/Communications. This educational journey lasted until 1991. Subsequently, from 1992 to 1994, Ronnie attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Education specializing in College Student Personnel Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Ronnie has obtained additional certifications. In May 2004, they received a certification in Human Performance Improvement (HPI) from the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD). Most recently, in May 2019, Ronnie acquired an Executive Coach Certification from Concordia University Irvine.
