Karen Viado is a highly skilled Lead Design Researcher at Read/Write Library, specializing in research strategies to enhance website usability for local communities. With experience as a Co-Organizer, UX Researcher, and Designer for the Chicago Digital Accessibility & Inclusive Design Meetup, Karen advocates for inclusive design and organizes community-focused events.
