Gary McMahon

Gary McMahon serves as the Chief Executive Officer of City Catering Southampton, a charity focused on providing nutritious meals to vulnerable populations, including children and the elderly, while working to reduce food poverty in the region. Prior to this role, McMahon was the Interim Chief Operations Officer at The Escape Games Company Ltd, contributing to the launch of UK-wide adventure escape games. As Chief Executive of Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis, McMahon led the global charity’s establishment and growth, promoting evidence-based health choices for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis. McMahon also held the position of General Manager at Multiple Sclerosis Auckland, overseeing financial and operational activities. Early career experiences include roles as Project Manager at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Field Operations Manager at Virgin Media. McMahon's academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice and a Higher National Certificate in Business Studies from Middlesex University and Thames Valley University, respectively.
