Rafat Hammami

Rafat Hammami is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Logistics Process Development Manager at City Chic Collective Limited since September 2022, Rafat previously held the role of Senior Supply Chain Manager at VOLY, focusing on the rapid scaling of a novel business model. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as Supply Chain Manager at Huhtamaki, where leadership of a 15-person supply chain function resulted in enhanced efficiencies and cost reductions. At Unilever, Rafat excelled in multiple roles, including Planning Manager and Supply Planning Project Lead, delivering substantial improvements in inventory management and production scheduling. Rafat began the career at MSD as a Production Engineer, spearheading Lean Six Sigma initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings.
