Graham Deadman

Graham Deadman has over 35 years of experience in facilities management and engineering, currently serving as the Regional Facilities Manager at City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd since September 2002. In this role, Graham leads and motivates an operations team to achieve high service levels while collaborating with specialist teams for effective regional service delivery. Previously, Graham held the position of Regional Engineering Supervisor, where responsibilities included overseeing facilities maintenance and conducting various safety and compliance audits. Additionally, a successful secondment as the FM Compliance Manager for the London region was completed, contributing to national success. Earlier in Graham's career, a four-year Control Specialist apprenticeship led to a Maintenance Electrician role at Iveco Ford Trucks, where responsibilities included managing breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance until the factory's closure in 1998. Educational background includes attendance at Langleywood Secondary from 1983 to 1987.
