Lee Bell

Lee Bell has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as Regional Manager at City Facilities Management since October 2009, overseeing construction, contracts, and soft and hard FM services, as well as managing cleaning, maintenance, and HVAC tasks. Prior to this role, Lee was a Regional Accounts Manager at Reed Business Media and Nilfisk-Advance, managing service provision and cleaning equipment accounts in the Tyneside and Scotland regions. Lee also held the position of Site Services Manager at Shasun Pharma Solutions, leading service delivery across multiple sites in England and Scotland. Lee holds a degree in Business Studies from Shropshire College and has a strong educational foundation from Heworth Grange Comprehensive.
