Scott Sinclair

Scott Sinclair has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Scott is currently the Head of IT Governance at City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Security Assurance Principal at Pan-Government Secure IT from March 2021 to June 2022. Their longest tenure was at KPMG UK, where they served as a Cyber Security Senior Manager from November 2013 to August 2020. Before that, they were the Head of Information Security at Sumerian Europe from March 2006 to November 2013. Scott began their career at BT in 1979, where they held the position of Technical Director responsible for technology strategy and technical design governance for a major international bank's outsourced telecoms contract until March 2006.

Scott Sinclair obtained an HNC in Telecommunications from Langside College from 1979 to 1982. Scott then pursued further education at Stow College from 1982 to 1984, earning an HND in Telecoms. In addition to their academic qualifications, Scott has obtained various certifications over the years, including CIPP/E from IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in 2018, CESG Certified Professional SIRA from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2015, CISM from ISACA in 2015, CISMP from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2005, and CISSP from (ISC)² in 2005.
