Thomas Walker

Thomas Walker has extensive experience in IT and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Cyber Security Team Leader and IT Service Desk Team Leader at City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd since July 2015, while also working as an IT Support Specialist at City Refrigeration Holdings (UK) Ltd. Prior to these roles, Thomas worked as a Senior Technical Support Analyst at Dell from January 2013 to June 2015 and as a Technical Support Specialist at Virgin Media from September 2011 to December 2012. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Glasgow Caledonian University, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2010.
