Jayanti Harrison is an experienced yoga teacher with over 15 years in the field, currently teaching at several establishments including Meridian Yoga, City Fitness, and Yoga District, with a focus on Flow yoga across all levels. Jayanti's commitment to spreading the love of yoga extends to Ahimsa Home, where the aim is to integrate yoga into daily living, promoting mindfulness and compassion. Previous roles include teaching at Thrive Pilates and the World Bank, where Jayanti also served as a Program Assistant, managing project preparations and international reviews. With a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from The Catholic University of America and 200 RYT certification in yoga, Jayanti combines rich professional experience with a deep passion for the practice.
