Yoga Instructor at City Fitness

Molly Frank is an experienced yoga instructor with a strong background in teaching various styles of yoga, including vinyasa, core, and gentle yoga. Currently active as a yoga instructor at multiple fitness organizations, including City Fitness, Tuck Barre and Yoga, and Transformation Fitness LLC since August 2017, Molly also offers freelance instruction since June 2015. With certifications from Yoga Alliance, including 200hr and an additional 60hr in soul exploration, Molly has taught students ranging from their twenties to eighties at venues such as The Rittenhouse Hotel and Bulldog Yoga. Prior to a dedicated career in yoga, Molly held roles in pharmaceutical sales and radio as an account executive, where notable achievements included attaining top district rankings and developing successful marketing strategies. Molly holds a BA in Communications from the University of Michigan.
