Donna Fernandez

Donna Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Donna most recently worked as the Head of Global Business Services at City & Guilds since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Deputy Director of Customer Experience at ICF from November 2020 to December 2021. Donna has also held various leadership roles in customer engagement, consulting, and client services at companies like Lowell, DLF Embrace Consulting, RR Donnelley, TSYS International, GE Corporate Payment Services, and GE Money UK. Donna'sareas of expertise include business transformation, strategic partnerships, client services, and operations management.

Donna Fernandez obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography & Business Management from the University of Leeds, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. In addition, they have been certified as a Princess Royal Training Awards Ambassador by the City & Guilds Group in July 2022.
