Himesh Patel

Himesh Patel has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Himesh currently holds the position of Group Finance Director at City & Guilds since September 2023. Prior to this, Himesh had an extensive tenure at Tesco, where they held various roles such as Head of Finance-FP&A for Channels, Head of Finance - Commercial, Head of Finance - Large Stores & Hospitality, and Head of Finance - UK Property Services. Himesh also served as the Head of Finance for Tesco Ecommerce - General Merchandise. Before joining Tesco, Himesh worked at Ernst & Young as an Executive. In addition to their corporate experience, they have been actively involved in the education sector, serving as the Chair of Governors and Vice Chair of Governors at Oliver Goldsmith Primary School.

Himesh Patel attended City, University of London from 1998 to 2001. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Economics and Accounting.
