Kathryn McLaughlin

Kathryn McLaughlin has extensive experience in customer service and management roles across various retail environments. Currently serving as a Customer Executive at City & Guilds since August 2019, Kathryn's previous positions include Assistant Manager at Tommy Hilfiger from April 2018 to August 2019, Manager at Remus Uomo from November 2016 to April 2018, and Assistant Manager at Argento between July 2014 and November 2016. Kathryn began their career in retail as an Assistant Manager at Clockwork Orange from February 2010 to July 2014. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Ulster University, completed in 2013.
