Paola Perissinotto

Paola Perissinotto is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience and strategic change management, currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager and Strategic Change Manager at City & Guilds since October 2001. Prior to this role, Paola held the position of Leasing Programme Manager at Inmarsat from October 1996 to August 2000, where responsibilities included managing a programme that provided leased satellite telecommunication channels to government and maritime end users, as well as overseeing key accounts and commercial negotiations. Paola's academic background includes a Master's degree in International History and Politics and a Bachelor's degree in Italian Language and Literature with Management Studies, both from the University of Leeds.
