David Young

David Young has extensive work experience in risk management. David started in 1989 as an Assistant Manager of Insurance at The Linde Group, where they later became the Manager of Risk and Insurance Services. In this role, they managed various aspects of risk management, including property loss prevention, insurance negotiations, and managing insurance programs. In 1998, they joined BD as the Manager of Risk and Insurance and eventually became the Director of Corporate Risk Management, leading the company's Enterprise Risk Management process and property protection initiatives. In 2013, David joined City Harvest as the Risk Director, where they directed the organization in identifying, evaluating, and managing risks. Currently, they are Semi Retired at Pragmatic RM.

David Young attended Rutgers University where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. David has also received a certification in NJ Insurance Producer specializing in Property and Casualty in April 2013.
