Darrel Hayner

Darrel Hayner is an experienced professional with a strong background in eCommerce, business intelligence, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Ecommerce Product Manager at City Mattress since March 2022, Darrel collaborates with a team to enhance eCommerce initiatives and data quality while promoting a culture of knowledge sharing. Prior to this role, Darrel held the position of Manager of Business Intelligence, CRM, and eCommerce at IT Products and Solutions, where responsibilities included implementing and managing a CRM system. With extensive experience at Parts Now LLC in various managerial roles focusing on CRM, data integrity, and EDI, Darrel has demonstrated expertise in system implementation, customization, and customer engagement strategies. Darrel's career commenced in the media industry with positions in radio and account representation at Gartner, where skills in communication and problem-solving were further developed. Education includes a diploma with a focus on Broadcast Communication and Computer Science from Port Charlotte High School.
