James Porter

James Porter, CISSP has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. James started their career as a Training Analyst at Advancia Corporation in 1992, where they designed multimedia courseware and provided technical support services. James then became the MIS Manager at Advancia Corporation in 1994, where they managed a technical services staff and provided IT services for commercial and government clients.

In 1999, James joined McKesson as the Manager of Technical Services, where they executed daily operations of a technical services team and managed a migration project from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange. James later became the Director of IT at Comanche County Memorial Hospital, where they developed and managed IT plans and oversaw software implementation projects.

In 2007, James joined Netessentials Inc as an IT Consulting/Sales professional, and in 2011, they became the VP/IT Manager at City National Bank and Trust. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a focus on strategic IT planning.

James Porter, CISSP, completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Performance, General from Cameron University. James attended the university from 1988 to 1992.
