Chad Gordon

Chad Gordon serves as the SVP Division Operations Manager at City National Bank, where responsibilities include guiding the Personal and Business Banking Division on operational, risk management, compliance, and service matters since April 2018. Previously, Chad held the title of SVP, Retail Banking Operations at OneWest Bank from June 2014 to March 2018, developing and maintaining operational policies and ensuring regulatory compliance. Chad also worked as VP, Director, Retail Operations at CapitalSource from July 2008 to April 2014, leading project teams through core system replacements and implementing a paperless environment. Early career experience includes serving as VP, Retail Operations at Fremont Investment & Loan from May 1997 to July 2008. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance from California State University, Northridge.
