Luis Laboy

Luis Laboy is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application administration and support. Currently serving as a Senior Application Administrator at City National Bank since February 2023, Luis previously held the role of Lead Application Support Analyst at People's United, a division of M&T Bank, from February 2004 to February 2023, where responsibilities included providing high-level technical support and managing various business applications. Prior roles include Senior Application Support Analyst and Senior IT Programmer at the same institution, as well as a Senior Computer Programmer position at Covansys and the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems from the University of Puerto Rico-Ponce.
