Carl Perry

Carl Perry has an extensive background in business and public service, currently serving in the South Dakota House of Representatives since November 2018. Transitioning into retirement in May 2018, Carl also holds the position of Retirement Specialist for the City of Aberdeen, SD. Prior to these roles, Carl was Vice President of Business Analytics at Borns Group and Senior Vice President at Progressive Financial Services, Inc., where significant contributions were made to marketing strategies and growth within the collections education sector over a thirteen-year period. Carl's academic credentials include an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern State University, pursued from 1971 to 1973.
