Michelle Plouse

Michelle Plouse is a Community Development Analyst at the City of Albany, California, since October 2021, with prior experience as a Community Development Intern in the same department. In this role, Michelle specializes in sustainability, transportation, and city planning, leading the development of Albany’s Green Building policy and authoring staff reports and resolutions for the City Council and various committees. Additionally, Michelle has experience in education as a Humanities Teacher at Fusion Academy and Halstrom Academy, and as a Humanities Tutor for high school students. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
