Jessica Binnquist

Jessica Binnquist currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Alhambra, a position held since July 2009. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as an Administrative Analyst for the City of San Marino from March 1996 to July 2009. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University.
