Jason Cooley, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles within local government organizations. Jason is currently the Executive Director of the Allen Community Development Corporation at the City of Allen since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the City of Frisco from 2015 to 2023, where they held several positions including Chief Innovation Officer, Manager Strategic Services, Acting Director- Parks and Recreation, and Strategic Services Manager.
