Stephen H.

Stephen H. serves as the Director of IT for the City of Amesbury and Amesbury schools since September 2022, overseeing the local IT department. Stephen also manages IT operations at Cabot Risk Strategies, LLC, focusing on infrastructure and employee management since March 2015. Previous experience includes directing technical operations at VaultLogix, where responsibilities encompassed application infrastructure and database administration from June 2013 to April 2015, as well as roles in database and IT administration at Net Atlantic Inc. and Empirix Inc., and as an Associate DBA at Greenpoints. In addition to a strong IT background, Stephen holds a Master’s degree in IT Management from Brandeis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
