Robert Frisinger Cbo

Robert Frisinger CBO has extensive experience in the construction and building inspection sectors, currently serving as the Building Official at the City of Anacortes since May 2018, with prior roles including Deputy Building Official, Building Plans Examiner, and Building Inspector. Previously, Robert held positions at Island County Planning & Community Development and the City of Issaquah, among others, focusing on building inspections and plans examination. With foundational experience as a Lead Framer at various construction companies and as the owner of Frisinger Fine Framing LLC, Robert brings a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of the construction industry. Robert obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Washington between 1989 and 1994.
