Stewart M. Noble

Stewart M. Noble, STSC, has extensive experience in the water utility and construction inspection sectors. Currently serving as Supervisor of Construction, Inspection, and Cross Connection Control & Safety Coordinator for the City of Anaheim since November 2011, Stewart leads teams in overseeing and inspecting complex water and recycled water civil engineering projects. Previously, Stewart worked as a Civil Construction Inspector and Safety Committee Member for the City of Riverside from 2003 to 2011, focusing on significant infrastructure projects. Stewart's career began with the City of Azusa, where responsibilities included operating heavy construction equipment and performing as a Journeyman Pipefitter/Water Distribution Operator. Earlier experience includes operating heavy equipment and managing water distribution for Suburban Water Systems from 1992 to 1999.
