Anne Warrow

Anne Warrow is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in utilities management and project execution. Currently serving as a Senior Utilities Engineer and Project Manager at the City of Ann Arbor since September 1998, Anne has honed expertise in overseeing complex projects. Prior to this role, Anne worked as a Project Specialist at Engineering and Testing Services, Inc. from September 1994 to September 1998. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, earned between 1989 and 1994.
