Eduardo Ortiz

Eduardo Ortiz is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems management. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Support Specialist for the City of Apache Junction since September 2021, Eduardo leads IT initiatives and provides support for end user hardware and software applications. Previous roles include Desktop Services Technician at American Airlines, IT Analyst at both Charles Schwab and Mesa Police Department, and technical support positions at Gilbert Police Department and DecisionOne, demonstrating a strong background in IT service delivery across multiple organizations. Eduardo began a career in technology managing operations at Intelogic Trace and has a foundational background in customer service and supervision from roles at Radio Shack and Harris/Farinon Corp, as well as leadership experience from time in the United States Air Force. Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
