Eric B.

Eric B. has a diverse work experience in law enforcement. Eric started their career as an Officer at the Mathis Police Department in September 2000 and worked there until April 2001. Eric then joined the Sinton Police Department as a Lieutenant Detective in January 2001, with a brief break to work at the Portland Texas Police Department as a Patrolman from October 2008 to October 2009. Since June 2012, they have been serving as the Public Safety Director & Police Chief at the City of Aransas Pass, overseeing various departments including the Police Department, Fire Department, Emergency Management, Emergency Communications, and Emergency Medical Services.

Eric B. completed their education in chronological order, starting with an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Continuing Education Courses from Del Mar College, a program they attended from 1999 to 2016. Eric then pursued a Bachelor's degree in CJ Administration from Tarleton State University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Finally, they continued their education at Tarleton State University and attained a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from 2018 to 2021.
