Jeff Monzingo

Jeff Monzingo is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and assessments. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Business Partner for the City of Arvada since November 2017, Jeff Monzingo has also been operating Monzingo Consulting, LLC since August 2019. Prior to this, Jeff Monzingo had a distinguished career with the Arvada Police Department, advancing from Police Officer to Sergeant and ultimately to Commander, overseeing various law enforcement operations and mentoring new supervisors. Jeff Monzingo's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State University of Denver and completion of the Certified Public Manager Program at the University of Colorado Denver.
