Maranda Evans Aphr (she/her)

Maranda Evans, aPHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and law enforcement administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant for the City of Ashland, Kentucky, since April 2015, Maranda handles a variety of tasks including payroll preparation and maintenance of confidential files. Previous roles include Property Officer and Records Clerk at the Ashland Police Department, where Maranda was responsible for managing evidence and processing public records requests. Maranda also worked as a Records & ID Clerk II at San Diego County Sheriff and as an Assistant Property Manager for IHA Partnership, overseeing significant commercial and residential properties. Holding a Master’s Degree in Forensic Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from National University, Maranda combines academic expertise with practical experience in their professional endeavors.
