Alexis Ramey currently serves as the Center of Excellence Manager of Budget and Administration and Business Manager II at the City of Atlanta Department of Procurement, overseeing various administrative services, including internal finances and departmental purchases. Previously, Alexis held the position of Program Coordinator at the City of Atlanta from February 2014 to March 2023, where a strategic plan was developed to revitalize key Mayor's Office service programs and improve human resource efficiency. Earlier experience includes working as a Payroll Assistant for the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department, managing payroll data and distributions. Alexis holds a Master of Public Administration from Walden University, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Atlanta Metropolitan College.
