Asheia Hines, MBA, CPP, CPM has a strong background in finance and payroll management. Asheia currently serves as the Finance Director (Shared Services) for the City of Atlanta, where they lead a cross-departmental team and works closely with C-suite executives and the Mayor's office. Asheia is responsible for implementing internal controls, establishing standard operating procedures, and building high-performing teams in various departments. Prior to their current role, they held positions at Namely, Ultimate Software, Heartland Payment Systems, ADP, New Wincup Inc., Ceridian, Allied Automotive Group, and Sears, Roebuck and Co., where they gained experience in client services, operations management, project management, and payroll.
Asheia Hines, MBA, CPP, CPM holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Phoenix. Asheia also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from the same university. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from the American Payroll Association and a Six Sigma White Belt Certification.
