As a former Crime Analyst, John evaluated crime trends and utilized various software tools to support law enforcement efforts. Additionally, John is the Founder and Analytics Consultant at Phoenix Analytics, Inc., offering data analytics services tailored for law enforcement. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Troy University.
