Rich Jacobs

Rich Jacobs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and political affairs. Currently serving as Chief of Staff in the Office of Aldermen for the City of Aurora since January 2021, Jacobs supports the city's 12 Aldermen and Aldermen women while overseeing and training Aldermanic Aides. Prior to this role, Jacobs held significant positions, including Chief of Staff for State Senator Cristina Castro and District Director for State Senator Michael Noland, where duties included coordinating legislative affairs. Jacobs also co-owned two locations of Danny's Pizza and contributed to various nonprofit organizations, including Feeding America and Prevent Child Abuse America, excelling in fundraising and management. An alumnus of Columbia College Chicago and Miami University, Jacobs holds advanced degrees in Not-for-Profit Management and Theater Performance.
