Kit Pierce

Kit Pierce is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior IT System Administrator for the City of Austin since October 2014, Kit previously held positions such as Systems Administrator at RetailMeNot, Inc. from 2012 to October 2014, and Infrastructure Admin at RenewData from December 2009 to July 2012. Kit began a career in technology as a Network Support Specialist and Associate Systems Administrator at Hoovers Inc. from 2007 to 2009, and earlier worked as a Trainer for the Federal Registration team at Dun & Bradstreet from 2005 to 2007. In addition to technology roles, Kit co-owned and operated KitCorp, a gourmet pizza restaurant, from May 1999 to January 2003, overseeing various aspects of business operations including inventory control, accounting, and marketing.
