Joni Miller

Joni Miller is a seasoned human resources professional with over 30 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Technician for the City of Banning since July 2018, Joni previously held the role of Human Resources Technician at the same organization from January 2012 to July 2018. Prior to that, Joni accumulated valuable experience working as a Human Resources Technician for the City of Redlands from October 1990 to May 2010. Joni Miller's educational background includes studies at California State University-San Bernardino and graduation from San Gorgonio High School.
