Shelley Charles

Shelley Charles is a Civil Project Engineer and Stormwater Manager at the City of Bartlesville since December 2016. Prior to this, Shelley worked at Bartlett & West as a Project Manager and Designer from January 2014 to December 2016. Shelley also has experience as a Civil Engineering Technician at Ambler Architects and as a CAD Dept Manager at FHC, Inc. (Now Tetra Tech). Shelley's educational background includes an Associate of Science degree from Coffeyville Community College and continuing education in Civil Engineering courses from various institutions.
