Rosie Mendoza

Rosie Mendoza, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Bedford, TX, since January 2024. Previously, Rosie worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Spine Team Texas from July 2022 to February 2024, where excellent customer service in HR was a key focus. Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist and TA Coordinator at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) from December 2019 to May 2022, and an Executive Assistant at Hilltop Securities Inc. from April 2016 to December 2019. Rosie’s extensive career in human resources began as an Administrative Assistant III at DFW from July 2012 to April 2016, and as an Executive Assistant for the City of Pensacola Government from June 2002 to May 2012. Rosie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce, completed in 2021, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Dallas College Mountain View Campus.
