Bonnie Grant has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Bonnie started their career at Sierra Systems Consultants Inc. in 1995 as a Principal Consultant, where they successfully grew a new office from 2 to 20 employees within one year. Bonnie then joined Washington Mutual Bank in 2002 as a Senior Project Manager, where they implemented Project Portfolio Management software and managed a portfolio of Enterprise Resource Planning applications. In 2005, Bonnie joined Concur Technologies Inc. as a Senior Program Manager, where they managed an imaging service with over 300 clients and 130,000 transactions per week. In 2006, Bonnie joined the City of Bellevue, Washington, initially as an IT Manager - PMO and Applications and later as an IT Applications Lead. Bonnie led the Project Management Office and a team of Systems Analysts responsible for the implementation and support of COTS applications. Throughout their tenure, Bonnie also served as an IT Senior Project Manager and IT Business Systems Manager for Finance & HR. Bonnie has extensive experience in selecting, implementing, enhancing, and supporting various on-premise and Software as a Service applications. A notable project they led was the design and development of technology enabling the City to accept and process electronic development plans, resulting in over 50% of permit applications being processed electronically.
