Julia A. Heath

Julia A. Heath is an experienced professional in recycling and environmental policy, currently serving as the Recycling Program Manager for the City of Berkeley since January 2023. Julia's extensive career includes roles such as Executive Committee Member for the California Resource Recovery Association's Edible Food Recovery Technical Council and Recycling Specialist for the City of Oakland, where significant contributions were made towards food waste reduction and community engagement.
