Basel Yandem

Basel Yandem currently serves as the Chief of Engineering/Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of Bethlehem, overseeing the Engineering Bureau and managing various Public Works operations, including budget preparation. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant Design Engineer at Aqua Economics, where responsibilities included site plan design and permit acquisitions, and as a Project Manager for Save the Children International, managing complex civil construction projects. Basel Yandem also held positions as Project Supervisor for the Danish Refugee Council, Construction Engineer at Construction Management Services, and Teacher Assistant at Temple University's College of Engineering. An internship at Axiom Environmental Services provided experience in environmental compliance. Basel Yandem holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Temple University.
