Sarah Hammer has a diverse work experience in the education and sports industry. Sarah started their career as a Lead Teacher at The Gardner School in 2009 and then worked as an Assistant Age Group Coach at Sycamore Flying Fish. In 2010, they joined the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati as Team Administrator for the Anderson Barracudas swim team. Sarah later took on the role of Head Jr Cuda/Assistant Blue Coach for the same team. Sarah then served as the Assistant Competitive Aquatic Director at the YMCA of Delaware from 2011 to 2013. Sarah returned to the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati in 2014 as an Assistant Swim Coach and worked in that role until 2020. In 2021, Sarah became the Head Swim Coach for the City of Blue Ash. Sarah is currently working as a Substitute Teacher at the Center for Collaborative Solutions, starting in 2022.
Sarah Hammer attended Walnut Hills High School from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science at the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008.
