Sean Hjorth

Sean Hjorth currently serves as the Director of Consulting Practice Leads at SumTotal Systems, LLC, where extensive experience includes managing a team of Consulting Practice Leads and collaborating with HR to enhance talent enablement and onboarding processes. Sean has held various roles within the company since 2010, driving best practices, mentoring junior colleagues, and significantly contributing to customer satisfaction. Prior to SumTotal, Sean held multiple positions at Softscape, including Manager of Technical Consulting Services, and gained valuable experience at Hay Group as Associate Director of OEMD Software Development. Sean holds an MBA in Strategy and Business Analysis from Boston University and a BA in History from Penn State University.
