Kimberly Cooper

Kimberly Cooper has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources for the City of Branson since December 2013. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Generalist within the same municipal government from April 2017 to November 2019, and Human Resources Generalist. Kimberly also worked at Big Cedar Lodge as both a Human Resources Assistant and Employment Assistant, alongside earlier positions in various roles including Human Resources Payroll Assistant at Chateau on the Lake and Store Manager at Maggie Moos Ice Cream. Additional experience encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities at the College of the Ozarks and Wehrenberg Theatres, demonstrating a comprehensive background in staff recruitment, training, employee development, and operational management.
