Brent Stout

Brent Stout is a skilled Transportation Project Engineer currently employed by the City of Broken Arrow since November 2022. Prior to this role, Brent Stout served as Senior Special Projects Engineer at the City of Tulsa from January 2001 to November 2022, where responsibilities included planning functions related to transportation and city facilities, as well as programming capital improvement projects for future city budget funding. Brent Stout also gained experience as a Professional Engineer with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation from February 1990 to June 1998. Brent Stout holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
