William Parrish has a background in urban and regional planning with experience in various roles within city government, recycling, government partnerships, and land use planning. William is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Development Services at the City of Buda, where William previously held positions as a Senior Planner. Prior to their current role, William worked at the City of Georgetown as a Transportation Planning Coordinator and at the City of San Marcos as a Planner and Planning Tech. William also has experience working as an Operator at GreenTex Recycling and as a Permit Coordinator for the Government Partnerships Program. William's educational background includes a BS in Geography Urban and Regional Planning from Texas State University.
